Job Description:
We are seeking a super smart, motivated, fun marketing professional who is passionate about making things happen. You are an experienced marketing manager with B2B demand generation experience. In this position you will be responsible for creating innovative direct marketing campaigns and optimizing our website and existing campaigns to generate qualified trials. The position is ideal for a hands-on individual who can take projects from concept to implementation, and has a proven track record of simultaneously managing and delivering multiple successful lead generation campaigns. You are results-driven and love start up culture.
Job Responsibilities:
- Use a mix of email, online marketing, PPC, and event-based campaigns to drive companies and teams to our basic edition
- Leverage Marketo & Salesforce to build effective lead nurturing programs to build and accelerate account acquisition.
- Analyze campaigns and programs for effectiveness; conduct marketing programs reporting and analysis.
- Leverage social networks enhance campaign performance
- Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to assure programs meet business objectives.
- Assist in specific communications materials: case studies, blogs, online communications, website copy
- Manage copy writers on an as-needed basis
What We’re Looking For:
- 3-5 years of B2B demand generation experience
- Highly-motivated, love marketing and social media
- Experience managing email, google ads, and direct marketing campaigns
- Superior communication and writing skills
- Passionate about making an impact on revenue
- Marketing automation software experience (Marketo a plus)
- Salesforce.com background
- AB campaign testing experience
- Creative thinkers
- 4-year undergraduate degree required
- Social media fanatics a plus
